Warranty Claim submitted on March 16th, 2026, Item was sent back to Schneider by Master Co., where purchased. Schneider agent pressured by repeated emails to indicate my satisfaction with the case. Case 122783412 item: AG13A020. To date I have not heard back from Schneider Electric and Master has never called me and they indicate not responce from Schneider. Item was well within two year warranty on being 4 or 5 months old.
