I don't recommend it. In their advertising, they promise stable operation of the service and high connection speed. It's all a lie! To use the Internet normally, you need to go to the application every hour and update the subscription, otherwise the Internet speed is extremely low. Does this justify the presence of the word "stability" in advertising? I wrote to support with a request to return the money for the subscription, which has not even started yet. At first, the operator said that the money can be returned only if the service does not work correctly. After I commented on the "stable" operation of the service, the operator offered to carry out diagnostics and, if possible, restore the VPN's operability. Well, what's the point? Tomorrow or in a week I will start having problems again and I will have to write to support again? Stability is when you have launched a service and it works without any buts. In short, I was denied a refund. Don't be fooled by advertising and don't buy a subscription here.

I bought the subscription a while ago. For about a month, everything worked fine. But then these guys started a massive ad campaign through influencer channels... and they just fell apart. They simply can't handle the number of users they attracted. The service has become terrible and is effectively not even worth 5% of what they charge. I have to contact support every single day, but it doesn't solve anything — because the problem is systemic. I've repeatedly demanded a refund; they always refuse, claiming that I just don't want to solve the problem with their help. But that solution, I repeat, just for few hours and then you have to contact them again!
I do not recommend this VPN to anyone.
On top of that, they had the audacity to raise the price. Very dishonest guys.

This is worst VPN service. Nothing don't work about a year. Don't buy this subsciption.

I started with a one-month subscription on friends' advice to test the server. Everything worked fine — speeds were noticeably lower than without a proxy, but I considered that acceptable. So I upgraded to a three-month subscription.

A week later, the VPN stopped working. Support was useless. They asked everyone to wait and posted updates in their public group, so I waited.

After some time, they still hadn't fixed anything — the VPN was dead. Support offered to freeze my subscription and refund me. We discussed the refund timeline. Then they wrote back saying my refund was denied and they would not give me my money back.

I strongly advise against this service.

I’ve been using this service since 2024. It worked well until 2026—it would break down from time to time, but support fixed it quickly. After the new year, the outages became constant; I have to jump through hoops with support almost every day. The whitelists were down for about a month, and support is sometimes rude and treats users like idiots. Their chat admin is a pathetic little jerk with a tiny ego who banned me for ordinary (non-profane and factual) criticism due to yet another service outage. I expressed my complaint in a civil manner and within the rules, to which support told me after the ban, “The reason for the ban is inappropriate toxic behavior in the chat.” Even though I behaved much better in the chat than some others. I strongly advise against this service—they’ve raised prices, there’s no stability, and they don’t disclose the reasons for bans.

High prices, terrible VPN performance, and zero tolerance for customer complaints. People are banned from the chat simply for complaining that the VPN isn't working. That's how scammers work.
They cannot provide good service and have no regards for their customers.

A well working VPN with various locations to choose as well as friendly support that helps you until the problem is solved

Started using them on July 18 (because of the advertising I fell for). Observations:

The connection is unstable - sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn’t, which requires constantly switching servers several times a day, and chances are high that you won’t find one that works.

Technical support doesn’t provide anything truly useful, only unhelpful generic advice - like ‘update the app’ or, at Most, ‘reset your network’; they have nothing else to offer.

No one can actually explain the difference between the basic and family subscription - in practice, they are the ones who decide when to cancel your basic subscription for unclear reasons, and the device/client limit is not specified anywhere.

They don’t provide up-to-date instructions and recommend outdated apps that are no longer supported. When you try to contact technical support about unstable connections or other issues, they won’t continue assisting you if you have any client installed other than their outdated one.

They boastfully claim to have solved the whitelist problem, but in reality, for a huge number of users, their VPN doesn’t work under whitelist conditions, even after contacting technical support, as can be seen from their chat and user reviews - in other words, they are lying, since they haven’t solved the problem at all, but can’t admit it.

Unfortunately, I absolutely don't recommend this service.

This is a super convenient VPN. With the ability to quickly connect and create widgets and a switch in the status bar. During all this time of work it has never let me down. And I am especially pleased with the absence of restrictions on speed and traffic volume.

At first, it seemed okay for 2 months, but recently I’ve been having a lot of troubles with connections. Changing the country helps for a short while, but later it gets bad again. Really frustrating having to change the locations all the time.

The only VPN that works in jurisdictions which do very aggressive packet filtering, and employ deny or allow lists of hostnames.
I tried bunch of well known VPN apps and solutions and none of them worked.

The VPN service works reliably with a stable connection and good internet speeds. I also appreciate the large selection of servers, which makes it easy to find a suitable option. Overall, a solid choice.

Reliable, affordable

The service as a whole is stable. It rarely happens that it doesn't connect to any service, but it happens 1 time out of 10. It is convenient that you can use the "Family subscription" and manage it from 1 account. The setup is simple. Everything is fine with me and my family. I've been using it for a year now. I recommend.
