Inferno Comms is a fully vertically integrated company, with services covering IP space, ASNs, and colocation (including access to RapidIX exchange).

I can only attest to the first two - having gained myself an ASN and small amount of IPv6 space (PA) which I have been able to publicly route on the internet.

Any issues I have had were resolved within the hour, and often on much shorter timescales. The customer service representative in my case has always been willing to help and understand my point of view. They took time to explain any set up issues I had and educate me in the process.

As I understand things, the website is undergoing a redesign - however don't let its unassuming looks put you off, sometimes functionality isn't reflected by looks.
