Matthew is my support person at Gradelink, and he is exceptional. Yesterday I emailed him seven times, and each time he responded quickly, with expertise and kindness. If everyone at Gradelink is like Matthew, then the entire world should be using this program.

Kate is so knowledgeable in what she does.

Gradelink has the best customer service that I have ever experienced! Their platform is very easy to use, user friendly, and does pretty much everything our school needs. Every time that I have had a question or needed help, I reach out to them via email and receive a response almost immediately and 99% of the time, they're able to answer my question or tell me how to fix my issue without any additional information needed from me. I truly appreciate this business and wish all other businesses I interact with were the same!

Mark was excellent from Gradelink. He was able to answer all of my questions and would go above and beyond with a follow up phone call to let me know that all changes had been made. He not only answered my questions about our complete report card change to a different format but also worked with me to get the best eye appealing design and best format for our parents. I cannot say thank you enough to Mark and his service from Gradelink. Excellent service! Fast responses and a friendly person on the other end with helpful reminders or advice that has worked well for other schools!! We are satisfied customers!! Gradelink is an awesome student information system. From student application all way to student report cards Gradelink helps keep our school running seamlessly. We also added tuition to our Gradelink so parents can have an online pay portal. The customer service at Gradelink is a 12/10. Josue Lopez responds to emails very quickly and explains everything via pictures or even videos. He has been extremely helpful in starting Gradelink at our school.

Whenever I have a question regarding Gradelink and I reach out to them, they respond the same day, and are always helpful in resolving any issues I have. Our consultant is Axel Maldini and he has been so helpful over the last few years, and super responsive. Thank you Axel for all you do for our school!

The customer service I have received from our dedicated account rep Christina has been excellent. She is always professional and patient, taking the time to answer my questions and provide thorough and detailed explanations.

Her response time has consistently impressed me. I’ve never felt like I was left waiting for an answer or wondering if my request was being addressed. She has always responded to my inquiries the same day, or first thing Monday morning if I submitted a question on Saturday or Sunday!

I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a company that values its customers and provides timely, helpful service.
