Staff is very helpful on booking my flight. Highly recommend this company. Very responsive when calling for information. Booking process can be stressful only when the flight is not available last minute. Overall friendly staff.

I am a first time customer, This was all new to me, I was impressed by the diligence and proactive customer support service given. So far I am impressed.

Great affordable prices. Yet it's a hassle waiting to the last minute to receive the tickets . I have tried it twice so far and both trips has been a success

This site is the real deal, needed a quick 3 day flight and the airlines were charging an arm and a leg. Farefounder pulled through and got me the flights for a fraction of the price. I’m very thankful and happy I used them.

Staff where very helpful and keep me all times informed on all the processes all time. Price was great deal also. Call me to follow-up to make sure check in documents where received.

A friend told me about this company initially I was skeptical but after flying twice and getting crazy deals they are my trusted fare founders. Alex is wonderful and exceptional. He knew I was scared the first time, he assured me and kept me in the loop even when I boarded the plane he called to ensure I got into the plane without problems . Thank you Alex and the group. I will keep using the services. I have three more trips coming up with Fare founders.

Farefounder has help me tremendously. I had a family member pass away and needed air fare for the next day, farefounder made it happen. Don’t do it. I was hesitant and paid w a credit card so I could get my money back if there was issues. Was given a price of $119 each direction. Called twice and kept being promised my confirmation email (for tomorrow’s flight). I finally received a call 6* later and the rep says instead of $119 (amount that was quoted) that taxes and fee added an additional $230 to total $349 each direction. I told him to cancel and I’d review FareFounder w terrible ratings since it was a scam and ha ha ha he told me he was recording our call and I was the scammer. Funny how it works when they get someone that won’t fall for the scam. Feel bad for elderly or others that won’t stand up for themselves. Who knows what would have happened if we actually relied on their word. We may have shown up to the airport and not even had a flight the next day. Horrible and such a scam. Don’t EVER use this site. They’ll be out of business in a minute for doing such fraudulent business, if they are even a real business.

They took care of everything for me had a great trip there and back without any problems

My agent was Alex. He was the best hands down. He was professional, courteous, and understanding. He called in just to check to see if I boarded the plane then called to make sure that I landed safely.When I had any question or needed any info he helped me no problem.

Not a reliable source. Most likely a scammer company. We tried booking with them and they claimed they had vouchers they would give us the day of our departure. Not to mention that we had to pay the amount a COUPLE DAYS BEFORE WE LEFT WHEN OTHER COMPANIES IVE BOOKED WITH WOULD HAVE US PAY THE DAY WE WOULD BOOK OUR TICKETS!! When we went to the airline and tried to get our tickets no such reservation existed. We told them if they don’t refund us what we paid we would take legal action to which they did refund us reluctantly because I’m sure they don’t want any problems. They are definitely not living in the United States like they claimed to be and they’re definitely not who they say they are. Please check before you book with a company such as farefounder.

Alejandro is a very polite and courteous travel agent work with the client all through out the entire travel He is a company Asset they should keep him and give him a raise for doing an “EXCELLENT “ job
I think the company needs to work on the client return flights as i read on others review we also got the same SCENARIO flight got cancelled saying we’re not on that flight and the airline even tell me that if we want to be on that flight i need to pay them according to the airline SR on the phone , and Alejandro work tirelessly to get us in that original itinerary flight and give the accommodation we needed for my spouse has medical challenges Will definitely use the same website to book our future travel if it’s Alejandro who will handle the itinerary this guy is really FANTASTIC!

My agent was Alex. He was the best hands down. He was professional, courteous, and understanding. I traveled with my family..so my small 4 children. He got me a fantastic price atleast 1k less. He understood we needed to travel in the afternoon and not mornings. Booked me an amazing flight in the afternoon and it met all our needs. Then we unfortunately had a cancelation for our return flight and Alex worked all night it seemed to make sure we had a flight back home...even bumped us to business class. 5stars to Alex he is hard working agent. Thank you so much. I will definitely use your company again.

I was hesitant at first since I was not booking hesitant with the airline, but the experience turned out to be great. They booked me on a major airline, communicated costantly throughout the process, and made sure everything was set for my trip. I am glad I used them and would consider doing so again in the future. Alex provided excellent customer service!

Alejandro was wonderful. Any issues I had, I was able to get a hold of him and he fixed the problem. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also explained what I was to do, step by step. This customer service was amazing.
