The team at Emersoft has been great to work with. As a Baby Boomer not as adept with technology, I was initially not certain at all of my tech abilities. But I quickly found the support team to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and encouraging. Great for brick and mortar booksellers
Saves time and does what it says: connecting Shopify to distributors and publishers. Allows for less out of stocks and deeper inventory. Noticeable effort has been put into quality control, edge cases are handled well. Developer listens to feedback and implements changes and fixes in a timely fashion.
