Scam Alert - Avoid This Website – My Honest Experience
I purchased two games from this website based on the promises made before payment, but my experience was extremely disappointing.
Before I completed the purchase, I was told that:
The games would be delivered instantly after payment.
The game access would be sent to my personal email address.
Unfortunately, my experience was completely different.
After making the payment, I did not receive the games instantly as promised. I had to wait nearly a full day and repeatedly contact customer support before I finally received access.
Instead of receiving the games on my personal email, I was given login credentials for an email account controlled by the seller, which was not what had been promised before the purchase.
The customer support experience was equally disappointing. Responses were often slow, and I found the communication to be rude and unprofessional. When I informed them that I was considering reporting my experience on review websites, I was allegedly told that my game access could be changed or revoked, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the security of my purchase.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying from this website. If you decide to purchase, make sure you understand exactly how the game will be delivered and keep screenshots of all promises, conversations, and payment receipts.

Our records show that after purchasing, the customer repeatedly attempted to have our account credentials changed, despite it being clearly stated multiple times on our website that this is *not an email-changeable account*. The product provides access to *our account*, from which customers can play the game, and this information is prominently disclosed before purchase.
Additionally, the customer used abusive language in our chat and admitted that the purchase was made using a parent's account without their consent, as the customer is under 18 years of age.
Due to repeated attempts to alter account credentials and the resulting security concerns, we removed access to the account to protect it from unauthorized changes.
The customer also demanded free games and stated that they would post a negative Trustpilot review if their demands were not met. We do not believe it is appropriate to provide free products or services in response to such demands. Maintaining fairness and the trust of all our customers is our highest priority.
Given the circumstances, our team may contact the parent or account holder to clarify the situation if necessary.

This review is filled with false information and personal insults. The Government of India does not have any 40% GST rule. We work with facts, not misinformation. The applicable GST for our services is 18%, not 40%. Making up tax percentages does not make them true.
Despite receiving abusive messages directed at our staff and their families, we continued assisting this customer professionally. Any delay was communicated transparently. We encourage prospective customers to read all of our reviews and judge our business based on verified customer experiences rather than a review containing false claims and personal attacks.
Also the game has been provided we have taken back access due to constant abusing in chat and informed authorities about the situation soon they will handle the guy.

Irritating Seller I Scammer I Avoid
I don’t have anything personally against the seller, but honestly the whole experience was very frustrating.
The listing says instant delivery, but it took almost half a day just to install the game. After that, there was another delay of almost half a day before I could actually activate and play it. At one point, I also had to wait because someone else was using the game online.
On top of that, the seller kept asking for a good review and was quite pushy. Instead of accepting the issue or helping properly, he kept arguing and saying nothing was wrong. Overall, it was a very irritating experience.
On top of this, after my review he blocked my access also.

His claim that I am a minor is seriously ridiculous, and honestly quite funny. I am not sure if he understands how UPI payments, privacy, or confidentiality work. How exactly did he conclude that I am a minor from a mobile number? I have had this number for more than 20 years. If his team genuinely told him that, then God save this company.
Yes, I used harsh language, but only after he started threatening me with lawyers because I refused to leave a good review. He kept pushing for reviews, and when I said my experience was bad, he started threatening instead of resolving the issue.
If he wants to talk about lawyers, he should first check whether selling shared access to games/accounts is even allowed under the platform terms. These games are meant for personal use, not for resale or shared access.
My issue is simple: don’t advertise “instant delivery” if activation depends on support hours or whether someone else is already playing the game. He conveniently ignored that even during support hours, I was told I could not activate because someone else was using it.
This was misleading, frustrating, and not worth the hassle.

Throughout the conversation, our team remained polite and professional. In contrast, the customer repeatedly used abusive language, including "bhaad me jao" and "jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lena." Despite this behavior, we continued assisting instead of responding in the same manner.
The review also fails to mention that the service requirements and offline mode instructions were explained.
Additionally, after the review was posted, information verified through the payment provider indicated that the individual making the purchase was a minor, despite presenting themselves differently during the interaction. We will not disclose any further personal information, but we take compliance and customer safety seriously.
We encourage future customers to review the complete conversation and screenshots before drawing conclusions. Our records show that we remained professional, completed the order, and continued providing support despite repeated abuse.
