Terrible service.
For years, my travel agent and I have used Bedsonline and we have been satisfied except in San Fransciso. We were there in early May. From Canada months earlier, we booked via Bedsonline for a cab from Pier 27 where the Norwegian ship was docked to the Riu Hotel which is only 10 minutes from the dock. The company charged us $200 for this service which is a scam since Bedsonline knew that Pier 27 was only 10 minutes from the Riu hotel. I will never book via Bedsonline again because when we reached out a partial reimbursement for the service we were advised there would be no partial reimbursement. This overly expensive service in San Francisco has now made it clear to me to never use Bedonline again.

This company put you in cheap nasty resorts that are filthy and a hazard to health. I have just had a weeks all-inclusive holiday in Ichmeler and the resort was nothing like what was stated on plan my tour company Web site. The rooms had no electricity and the walls were damp and plaster coming of the walls. The bathroom light was hang from the ceiling with wires exposed. The room was not serviced all the time we were there. We had to move rooms twice on the first night as the 1st room had no electricity at all. The terrace outside our room had loads of tiles missing and the furniture was not safe to sit on. Now for the food. The food was absolutely disgusting and there was not anything different each breakfast lunch and evening meal. It was tasteless and was not catered for english clientele whatsoever. The tea and coffee machine had no milk in it,and when you asked for some you were just ignored. Workmen would come in your room without knocking and started doing jobs in the room and then leave it in a disgusting state afterwards.

Overall, I am pleased with the user friendly platform of the software. I am pleased with the properties that delivered the amenities i requested for my clients, making their stay a delightful and memorable experience. However, there is a transfer service that extremely affected my clients with the driver delivering a negative customer service - asking my clients why arriving during an extremely busy city activities, dropped the luggage in the parking lot refusing to bring them to the correct site. Deeply disappointing.
