Hotel reception staff were helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable & spacious. The on-site restaurant had tasty food (reservation was needed).
On the down side, the saunas were not unisex so it was not possible to be there with my husband (it was for our wedding anniversary & Valentine's Day).
Also, some noise could be heard during the night (like doors closing).
Good idea for a gift and there is a wide choice of experiences. However, booking can be a bit of a hassle and availability is limited for some partners. The experience itself was fine, but the process could definitely be improved.

Every time we get a smartbox as a gift we go "oh no"! Nothing corresponds to what you are meant to be entitled to. For example: Our last box was "3 days 2 nights in Europe with or withour beakfast". On the site either we had to pay alot extra for even a hotel in France or either no options were given, e.g. in Spain. We will end up changing it like the last one, for a dinner or a massge!! Very disappointing indeed!
