Such a pain!
Even their website is full of lags and makes you want to quit. I would be ashamed to work for this company. There's a special place in hell for the CEO of this company.

My wife bought here a reservation but…

My wife bought here a reservation but when we arrived there for our anniversary they said it was not valid . It took couple of days to reslove the issue but we missed our special day.
Be careful when you make orders……

Terrible experience from Booking till check out

The package I bought was supposed to be a gourmet tour with 1 night stay. Well, if you call a continental breakfast a Gourmet course, I got what I paid for. The hotel options available with the package were very limited and not so good quality, we had to pay extra to find a decent hotel. And, I could find the same hotels with much cheaper rates on online sites! The hotel was another disaster, they called me 8am on Saturday morning (on the day I would check in) to tell me that they had a system issue and overbooked and kindly asked me to change the date. I KINDLY rejected, then they offered other accommodation options to the hotel room, which I again rejected. Of-course it was a bit of stress not knowing what I would get when I arrive at the hotel. The breakfast was ending at 10:00AM on a Sunday morning which is way too early for even business hotels around the airport.
It was supposed to be weekend getaway with some Gourmet experience but ended up a hassle all the way from booking the hotel until the check out. Definitely not worth the money we paid for, and will never buy anything from smartbox again or recommend it anyone!

Box no longer validI was given a smartbox for my birthday…

I was given a smartbox for my birthday last year to a Michelin star restaurant. We made reservations this year and the box was to be good into 2024.
On the way to the restaurant we were rung by the manager of the restaurant telling us the smart box was no longer valid and we had to go online and redo it.
It was all based on a rise in price for the meal that was offered. I find this unacceptable.

Mother's day gift went wrong

they have removed my review which sounds even more annoying and tricky ! I ordered this box for mother's day gift although paid more for fast delivery but we received the gift 3-4 working days after the mother's day , the package is for traveling in Italy and sent to us from France just like a joke! where I have to write on Smartbox.fr ! I won't ever buy for someone I love cause other than delivery extra charges for no reason options are too tight after all and I was more shy for getting this gift than being happy ! P.s I've received few emails in French to proceed something with my previous review before they remove it so I will make sure to add all screenshots this time! I hate too , to waste my time to write this review !

This was very easy to do.

This was very easy to do.
We chose an unusual stay at La Baie des Vays.
Run by a lovely couple, very tentative.
Accommodation was perfect for our 2 night stay.
Pool warm.
