If zero stars were an option
If zero stars were an option, that is what I would leave based on my experience with Revenx.
I purchased a 20-appointment package that included a 50% no-show replacement policy and a 100% replacement policy for prospect-canceled appointments. My concern is not whether appointments were simply placed on a calendar, but whether valid appointments were actually delivered under the agreed terms.
Revenx may claim nearly 30 appointments were “scheduled,” but after reviewing the records, the actual outcomes were very different:
* Only 6 valid attended appointments
* 6 prospect cancellations through Calendly
* 5 cancellations on my side, 4 of which were already discussed with management as prospect-requested cancellations that should qualify for replacement
* 3 duplicate appointments
* 5 no-shows
* 4 future appointments scheduled outside the timeframe discussed with management
Many appointments either canceled, duplicated, no-showed, or did not result in valid meetings.
I repeatedly attempted to resolve this professionally with management and ownership. Revenx did stop future billing and waive termination penalties, which I appreciate. However, they refused to either fulfill what I believe are the remaining appointments owed under the replacement terms or issue refund consideration for the unresolved portion of the package.
Instead, they offered 5 additional appointments only if I agreed that no further credits, refunds, or appointments would be owed.
I declined because I did not believe that reflected the actual appointment outcomes or the replacement structure originally sold.
I documented the appointment records, cancellations, duplicates, no-shows, and communications throughout the process. Based on my experience, I do not believe the services delivered matched the expectations represented during the sales and onboarding process.
