I should have asked AI before paying for King Newswire because apparently i am not the only one saying their customer service is nearly non-existent.
I purchased a package but it never showed up in my dashboard. I contacted them and they said they would check but then hours later still not responding.

Be careful! We used the service to publish a release. They sent us a report with 235 sites that our release was supposedly on. But when we reviewed those sites, they all appeared to be fake - they all had the same +71 000 0000 000 phone number; they all had no contact information; they all lacked information in their About Us section. When we questioned this, they sent our money back but would not verify any of the entities they claimed were real. I do not believe our release went to any legitimate media outlets.

I would strongly advise against purchasing bulk packages from Kingnewswire. Based on our experience, they posted our press releases on numerous low-quality websites with 0 DA and no traffic, which ultimately led to our website being penalized by search engines. After this, they demanded double the original amount to remove the harmful links. We had to go through the tedious process of disavowing those links through Google Search Console to recover. To avoid such issues, I suggest only using a single site or a highly selective approach, and definitely stay away from their bulk packages. It’s simply not worth the risk.

This is the worst press release service ever!! NONE of them will show up in Google/Yahoo/Bing or any search engine! If you want invisible promotion, then go here! And they will fight it if you try and dispute the charge! Customer service is terrible and they don't take any responsibility! Sure, they will provide you a bunch of links, but just their presence alone means NOTHING! If they dont rank in search engines, they mean and do nothing! I literally got ZERO traffic from this press release and much better results on the SAME EXACT release from a different company! I will not name that company because they will try and get my review removed and say I am trying to promote the other company! If you want any results whatsoever DO NOT USE KINGNEWSWIRE!!
