I reached out to Usama Malik to find tickets to Istanbul. Within 24 hours our tickets have been booked and confirmed. This is the second time I have used Usama Malik and would definitely recommend him to family and friends for a friendly, prompt service answering any queries and concerns promptly.

usama is brilliant, helped my family and i to complete our umrah, and on top of that helped us later when we needed to visit turkey for a wedding.

Alhamdullilah it was great to spend last 14 days in Makkah and Medina amongst thousands of worshippers.
Medina hotel was very close so I was able to attend every salah.

I have just returned from Umrah and this is the first time I have booked with Aqdas Travel, even though I have used agents before, these guys were by far the best.
Every bit of information needed for the travel was provided in good time without any prompts.
The only feedback I would give is that the Zyarat wasn't very good.
Overall though I am very happy with my experience and would book again with them.

Alhamdulillah, I have travelled for Umrah with several agents from the UK in the past, but I can honestly say that Aqdas Travels has been by far the most honest and professional company I have dealt with.

We have just returned from Umrah in Ramadan 2026, Alhamdulillah. From start to finish, Brother Noman, who represents Aqdas Travels, guided us throughout the entire process and helped us find the best and most affordable package within our budget.

To be completely honest, I requested several quotes from him and compared them with other travel agents. Every time, Aqdas Travels offered a better price while still providing the best overall deal.

Alhamdulillah, the visa process was straightforward, and even after payment they kindly accommodated changes to our hotel room requirements, which was very helpful for us. The transfers were also perfectly organised. We were informed in advance about who the driver would be and exactly when we would be picked up, so everything went smoothly.

Brother Noman was fantastic to deal with, always professional and helpful. InshaAllah, I am already planning to go for Umrah again, and without doubt I will be travelling with Aqdas Travels.
