Good service with professional consultancy. I did not hire them to do the job yet but I had a consultation session with two of their experts and they answered all my questions nicely and guided me on how things would work out for my book.

Though I was unable to grab the discount that was offered, I do plan to come back by the end of December to initiate my project. There is a guy known as Jay, he was super supportive and told me he would get me the best price once I reached back to him.

One more thing I liked about them was they were not pushy and not after my money even when I told them I had no issue with the cost. In the start, the progress was slow, but they picked up the pace after I approved 1-2 chapters. The book was finished in 3 months. Their work is satisfactory and not at a very high level as they advertise. However, for the price that I paid, I think it was totally worth it. I recently signed up for their marketing package too and things are looking good and I am already getting sales in the 2nd week of the process.

I purchased a package that had 3 books and I later decided to do one of the books myself and the other two will be done by a team American Best Publishing. When I asked them to refund me for one of the books they said it has been done and will be in my account in 2 3 days. However, it took a whole week to get the funds back into my account which is unprofessional.

On the other hand for the two books that they did, one of them was average level work which was ok for the price I paid. The Book 3 that they did was completely something else! It was like it was written by a bestselling author, it had those vibes, the style, I loved everything about the book 3 in the volume.

The worst part of the entire experience is that I now only love book 3 and hate my book 1 and book 2 and I think they might not cope with the level of book 3 and I am worried if they will do well or not. My writer said he could get my book 1 (written by me) edited and proofread free of cost so that it matches the vibe of the other two books. The series comes out next Summer 2027 and I am every excited.
